   北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师,北航“蓝天学者”特聘教授、校学术委员会委员;中国系统工程学会常务理事、副秘书长;中国物流学会理事;“城市运行应急保障模拟技术”北京市重点实验室常务副主任;“城市安全运行与应急保障”北京市国际科技合作基地主任;SCI源期刊《Computers and Industrial Engineering》领域编辑(Area Editor);EI源期刊《北京航空航天大学学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》编委。
1990年获天津大学学士学位,1999年获中国矿业大学(北京)硕士学位,2002年获北京航空航天大学博士学位,为全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖获得者;自2002年起,在北京航空航天大学经济管理学院工作,2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划;曾多次访问香港城市大学和香港理工大学,并于2007年至2008年访问加拿大蒙特利尔大学商学院,与英、美、加、法、日、塞尔维亚、新加坡等国的学者有广泛合作。
主要从事供应链管理、物流管理、应急管理、启发式优化算法领域的教学、科研与实践工作。先后主持多项科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金重点项目1项(应急管理领域,正在进行)、国家自然科学基金青年/面上项目4项(物流与供应链管理领域,2项已结题并评为优,1项已结题尚未评估,1项正在进行)、国家科技支撑计划课题子任务1项(电子商务与物流管理领域,正在进行)、北京市科委项目子课题1项(应急物流管理领域,正在进行),以及来自企事业单位的多项研究课题(物流园区规划、家电企业备件库存管理、制造业产品质量管理、设施管理信息系统设计等);为黄海军教授领导的国家自然科学基金创新群体的骨干成员。
