姚星,男,浙江湖州人,现任北京航空航天大学经济管理学院助理教授。主要研究方向为能源经济与管理,能源系统建模等,关注光伏、风电、储能、碳捕集利用与封存技术、新能源汽车等新兴低碳技术的相关政策问题。
