Each company’s path to a new operating model is unique. But successful transformations are all constructed with the same set of building blocks. In her talk, Dr Nozha will present how to start building next-generation operating model. A practical example issued from her management & development experience at a Majour Insurance company where she is Director and Project Head & Leader, will highlight the theoretical concepts.
汇报人简介：
Dr Nozha ZRIBI EL KAMEL received her Engineering Diploma from CPE Lyon and her Master and PhD from Centrale Lille on Operation Research & Logistics. She has published several journal papers on the topic. She has 20 years experience at a Majour Insurance company in France and is currently Project Director. She served as Project Head leading several teams on IT project design, realization and implementation. She is also Professor at Centrale Lille and BUAA Peking Centrale teaching course on Heuristics and METAHERISTICS with applications on logistics and decision making.
