题目：Navigating the Golden Years: Assessing and Projecting Service Accessibility for Aging Populations
摘要：As populations worldwide continue to age, ensuring equitable access to essential services has become increasingly critical. This study investigates the accessibility of essential services for aging populations across the United States by employing a newly developed fairness index to quantify and compare service accessibility in high-aging and low-aging Census Block Groups (CBGs). Drawing on extensive datasets spanning diverse demographic and geographic scales, the research uncovers significant disparities in aging communities' access to healthcare, housing, and food supplies. The findings reveal that while aging communities often experience comparatively better service accessibility, this advantage is neither uniformly distributed nor sustainable, as shifting demographics and a growing elderly population are projected to erode these benefits over time. This study provides valuable insights to guide the development of equitable and sustainable urban environments for aging populations.
个人简介：韩一龙，同济大学经济与管理学院研究员，弗吉尼亚理工大学博士，新加坡国立大学博士后。入选上海市晨光人才计划、中国科协科技智库青年人才计划，主持及参与国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科协高端科技创新智库青年项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家社会科学基金重大项目等研究课题。在相关领域国际权威期刊《Engineering》《Nature Scientific Data》《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》等发表期刊论文60余篇。其中，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI一区论文28篇，5篇入选ESI高被引及主编精选论文。目前任三本工程管理领域国际顶级期刊《ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering》(中科院/JCR SCI Q1, FMS B) 副主编、《ASCE Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》(JCR SCI Q1, FMS B, ABDC A*) 领域编辑、以及《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》(JCR SSCI Q1, FMS A, ABS 3) 编委。此外还担任中国工程院院刊《Frontiers of Engineering Management》和《Journal of Green Building》等多部国际期刊编委，管理科学与工程学会工程管理分会理事、副秘书长，中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会理事等职务，两次受邀担任工程管理国际顶级会议ASCE Construction Research Congress (2018, 2022) 分论坛主席。获国际项目管理协会IPMA杰出研究贡献奖、全国首届工程管理优秀青年教师、中国医院协会医院科技创新二等奖等荣誉奖励。
