报告摘要
本报告以全面绿色转型为背景，探讨城市可持续生活方式的实现路径，聚焦医疗、饮食、居住和出行四大领域。在医疗方面，分析环境污染对医疗资源分配与使用影响，揭示当前体系中资源不均衡的社会经济后果，并提出适应绿色转型的优化策略。在饮食方面，通过研究不同饮食模式对健康与环境的影响，为构建更可持续的饮食结构提供支持。在居住领域，关注城市宜居性与绿色规划的关系，展示数据驱动方法在优化居住环境中的潜力。在出行方面，综合分析碳排放与交通模式的关联，提出以低碳为导向的交通政策建议。报告从系统视角总结这些领域的协同作用，强调技术创新与制度变革在推动体面生活方式与绿色转型中的重要作用，为实现可持续发展目标提供理论支撑与实践指导。
报告人简介
龙吟，东京大学工学系研究科副教授、博士生导师，日本学术振兴会卓越研究员、东京大学卓越研究员。同时担任 Elsevier 旗下 Global Environmental Change 期刊 Editor，Environmental Impact Assessment Review、Urban Climate 和 npj Environmental Social Sciences（Nature Portfolio）期刊副主编，以及 Cities 和 Resources, Conservation & Recycling 期刊客座编辑。近五年内，以第一或者通讯作者在 Science Advances、Nature Climate Change、Nature Sustainability, Nature cities 等期刊发表学术论文30余篇文章。
Yin Long is an Associate Professor and doctoral advisor at the Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. She is also a Leading Initiative for Excellent Young Researchers Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and a UTokyo Excellent Young Researcher. She serves as an Editor for Global Environmental Change (Elsevier), Associate Editor for Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Urban Climate, and npj Environmental Social Sciences (Nature Portfolio), and Guest Editor for Cities and Resources, Conservation & Recycling. Over the past five years, she has published more than 30 academic papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Science Advances, Nature Climate Change, Nature Sustainability, and Nature Cities.
