中文摘要:日前各大国有企业对公司高素质年轻后备干部提出了更高的要求。年轻后备干部在面临提拔、轮岗和空降等处境时,往往遭遇不同程度的冲突,如何管理好这些冲突,将冲突有效转变为工作动力,切实提升组织绩效,成为大多数国有企业存在的共性问题。本案例通过以BFI国有企业为主要研究对象,描写了主人公程元从公司总部空降到子公司后经历的一系列冲突,冲突类型、原因、过程,以及在不同阶段采取的不同冲突管理策略引发的后果及影响。此外,探讨作为年轻后备干部,程元空降后如何发挥领导力作用,提升影响力。通过对BFI公司空降年轻后备干部的冲突问题进行研究,更好地为BFI公司的年轻后备干部培养提供思路,也为国有企业年轻后备干部队伍建设提供有力的参考依据。


英文摘要:The state-owned enterprises are now putting forward higher requirements for the company’s high-quality young potential cadres. When facing situations such as promotion, job rotation and parachuting, young potential cadres tend to suffer different degrees of conflicts. It has been a common problem in most state-owned enterprises about how to manage these conflicts, transform these conflicts into work motivation, and in turn, improve organizational performance. Drawing on the state-owned Company BFI as the main research target, this paper describes a series of conflicts experienced by the protagonist Yuan Cheng after his parachuting from the corporate headquarter to a subsidiary, including the causes, types and processes of conflicts, and the consequences and impacts caused by different conflict management strategies adopted at different stages. In addition, it discusses how Yuan Cheng, as a young potential cadre, can exert his leadership role and enhance his influence after his parachuting. Through the study on the conflict problems of young potential cadres when parachuting into Company BFI, we aim to provide better insights for the training of young potential cadres in Company BFI and demonstrate useful practical implications for the construction of young potential cadre team in state-owned enterprises.
