英文摘要:This case describes the strategic transformation of digital platform of D.Phone, the largest enterprise in Retail industry of mobile communication terminal of China, in the changeable environment of the Internet revolution along with the outbreak of the COVID-19. Internet technology emphasizes to create maximum value for customers, in which Digital platform plays a key role as the realization way of value creation. The outbreak of the COVID-19 will undoubtedly promote the digital transformation of the traditional retail enterprise. Under such environment background, D.phone opened a strategic change taking the digital platform as the core and has won its initial victory, which includes taking create customer value as the core, speeding up to build and perfect the digital platform, reconstructing people, goods, environment on the basis of the large data through effective operating of the digital platform. This case can help traditional retail enterprises to face the sudden major crisis in the complex environment and provide the basis and reference for enterprises to make strategic change decisions.
