英文摘要:With the vigorous promotion of cultural project construction by the state, the number and investment scale of domestic theater construction projects have increased significantly, which has promoted the small and medium-sized (SMEs) theater stage construction companies to leap from the era of single project to the era of multi project. SY theater stage professional system integration company, which is in rapid expansion, is undertaking a sharp increase in the number of construction projects. At the same time, many problems such as chaotic project management and fierce competition for resources are also emerging. The case describes how SY Company makes the trade-off between less and more in the process of promoting multi project management under the dual pressure of limited resources and maximization of income. From the perspective of Wang Yan, deputy general manager of SY Company, the case aims to deeply discuss how to choose and choose projects in project bidding and how to carry out project priority in project implementation, so as to guide students to think about how to effectively carry out multi project selection and management in SMEs with limited resources, so as to maximize the overall income of enterprises.
