中文摘要:本案例主要描述了BE通信公司推行OKR(目标和关键成果管理法,Objectives and Key Results)管理的全过程和遇到的问题。OKR作为目标管理导向的绩效管理工具,有效激发了员工的工作动机,提高了员工对目标的聚焦效果和工作效率,从整体上提升了项目团队的协同性与执行力,进而提升项目执行的时效性。在运行OKR两年后,企业初步达到了项目保质保量、按期交付的效果,最终扭亏为盈。但随着OKR的进一步推行与实施,这一管理体系又开始面临着新的问题与挑战。


英文摘要:This case mainly describes the whole process and problems encountered in the implementation of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management in BE Communication Company. As a tool of target-oriented performance management, OKR effectively improves employees’ work motivation, work efficiency, and the teamwork collaboration, and further improves the timeliness of project implementation. After running OKR for two years, the company has made some initial achievements such as the improvements of the projects’ quality and quantity, the punctuality of projects’ delivery. Finally, the company turned losses into profits. However, with the further implementation of OKR, the performance management system of BE company is facing new problems and challenges.
