英文摘要：In the era of digital economy, data has become a production factor that drives economic development, and the innovative application of digital technology is used by more and more enterprises as an important way to create value and transform enterprises. Using digital technology to drive corporate transformation, China Duty Free (CDF) is a typical successful case. This case is based on the problems and needs faced by CDF in its digital transformation process. Through how to build a data-driven sharing platform that integrates business and finance, full content, full module, and two-way interaction, the realization of "business-data-strategy" and based on which, through multiple dimensions, such as improving efficiency, optimizing decision-making, driving innovation, and symbiosis network, realizes the value discovery in the enterprise’s value chain by relying on data, supports the group’s strategic decision-making and refined management, and drives the group’s sustainability transformation and upgrading its value creation. This case has good enlightenment and reference for those enterprises that have completed or are in the process of financial information construction, how to further improve their positions, use data as the starting point to lead and drive the digital transformation of enterprises, and make enterprise big data an engine of value creation. effect.
