英文摘要:Equity incentive system is an important part of corporate governance of entrepreneurial enterprises. Sound equity incentive can stabilize the entrepreneurial team, retain and attract core talents, and realize incentive compatibility. This case describes the entrepreneurial process of Cheng-Chun Technologies Co., Ltd, an Internet entrepreneurial enterprise, developing from O2O business to user growth business, forming a unique business model of "user platform + data platform", and becoming a leader in the application store advertising industry. It shows the plan formulation and implementation process of the company’s two equity incentive, and mainly introduces the difficulties encountered by Cheng-Chun Technologies such as the withdrawal of the incentive, entrepreneurial team differentiation and the incentive of new talents during the implementation of the equity incentive plan. Through the discussion of this case, students can be guided to understand the motivation of equity incentive in entrepreneurial enterprise, analyze the determinants of equity incentive contract setting in entrepreneurial enterprise, and think about how to establish a dynamic equity incentive mechanism suitable for the development of entrepreneurial enterprises.
