英文摘要:HangRui Technology is a company that focuses on industrial automation software industry. The company has been developing for more than 20 years and has gradually gained a firm foothold in the industry. But the conflict between the company's R&D and marketing departments is the biggest headache for General Manager Zheng Qiang. To resolve the conflict between the two departments, the company introduced the IPD decision-making mechanism, but instead of being mitigated, the conflict became more and more intense. Conflicts between the two departments occur on multiple fronts, including market expansion, innovation input, technology routes, functional design, meeting customer needs, customer service.
