英文摘要:On the basis of the background of YG Real Estate Company’s year-end performance appraisal, this case focuses on explaining problems and confusions confronted by the corporate departments in 2016 in terms of performance planning, performance implementation, performance evaluation performance feedback, etc. YG seems to have established a rather systematic performance appraisal scheme equipped with both theoretical foundations and practical significance. However, problems are various and endless in its application. Through depictions of problems emerging from the performance management of YG real estate enterprise’s customer service department, sales department, engineering department, design department, and cost and development department, the case study presents the challenges and problems faced by the enterprise during its implementation of the new performance appraisal system.
