英文摘要： With the development of China's economy and the improvement of the people's desire to live a better life, the development of China's film and television industry has made great progress and has become a powerful force in the international film industry. The domestic film and television works are actively involved in international competition, and the original commercial films have gradually returned to the literary and artistic films with connotation, and some domestic film and television companies try to try the production of literary films under the advanced capital operation mode. Fang Jin film and Television Cultural Communication Limited by Share Ltd was founded in 2006, focused on the production of literary and art films, has won many awards at home and abroad, and is committed to becoming a "oil painter" in the film and television industry. By describing the Li's brother of Fang Jin film and television founder, from the failure of the success of creation to the failure of the cross line venture capital, and to the beginning and death of the new investment model, it reveals how the company identifies, appraise and grasp the opportunity, and in the process of continuous creation, it faces different difficulties in different stages.
