英文摘要:This case describes some phenomenon and management puzzles about post 90s flight attendants in the cabin service department of Air China. Post 90s employees have become the majority of the workforce in the cabin service department. The generation gap between senior managers and younger employees has become more and more obvious and that has brought about many conflicts. In this case, the supervising manager has encountered some puzzles in the management of post 90s employees. This case is suitable to discuss the characteristics of new generation employees and how to manage them.
