中文摘要：随着国内外通信技术的不断革新，网络制式已从最初满足通话的2G时代，发展到以数据话务为主的3G时代，再到以大数据流量4G、5G的革命。在通信技术服务领域迅猛发展的大背景下，越来越多的创业者瞄准通信技术服务领域，以其为主营业务的创业公司大量涌现。本文以赵福洪创办诺海通公司过程中对创业机会的三次发现、评价、把握为案例研究对象，通过描述主人公从一位文科毕业生到技术专家，再到自己创业的十年经历，探究了创业者在创业过程中应如何不断地识别机会、评价机会与把握机会，并进一步分析创业过程创业者应具备的素质及应遵循的决策逻辑。由此，本案例希望能为创业者如何快速实现成功提供借鉴。
英文摘要：With the continuous advancements of communication technologies, the standard of mobile telecommunication technologies has evolved from the 2G, which fulfills the basic needs for telecommunication, to the 3G with data traffic provided, and further towards 4G and 5G with broadband data traffic provided. The rapid development of communication technology services has been attracting a growing number of entrepreneurs’ attention. Start-up companies specialized in communications technology services therefore emerge in large numbers. This case described the discovery, evaluation and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities along the developmental journey of Beijing Nuohaitong Company founded by Mr. Fuhong Zhao. In ten years’ time, Mr. Zhao turned himself from a fresh graduate of Arts to a technical expert and eventually became an entrepreneur in his industry. The experience of Mr. Zhao dealing with his three major entrepreneurial opportunities sheds lights on how to discover, evaluate and exploit opportunities, as well as the key behavioral traits and decision-making logics of a successful entrepreneur. This case therefore has practical implications for potential entrepreneurs.
