英文摘要:This case describes that in the campus security to the wisdom of security changes and the market share of the company gradually lost, H company is eager to transform to develop wisdom safety campus system (referred to as the safety campus), in the construction process to upgrade safety campus for old customers Y University, suffered stakeholders management about "pop out of the school and department needs." "unexpected: SDK difficult to obtain", "accident: cross outside the storm" and so on. It causes the project management to reconsider: what are the project stakeholders? How to control the different stakeholders in different stages of the project life cycle? This case will guide students to focus on management issues of potential stakeholders, and inspire students to discuss how to effectively identify, analyze and control project stakeholders.
