英文摘要:JD is a traditional IT company specializes in public security information operations founded in 2003, as part of the ASIN Group which is a publicly listed Aerospace State Holding Company. By employing the background of JD company’s transition to “Internet Plus”, the case concentrates on the enormous challenges of technical staff’s resignation issues during the promotion of PMS+OTA project despite of JD company being the market leader in this industry. JD’s changeless way of performance evaluation and performance management becomes the inducement of technical staff’s resignation that JD encountered during the key period of business growth. What is the root cause of technical staff’s resignation issue? What are the short-falls of the current performance evaluation and performance management system? How to resolve the issue of controlling employee retention? And how to crack the current technological challenges that JD facing? All the above puzzles are the predominant factors affecting the company’s sustainable development.
