英文摘要：Identifying, evaluating, and seizing opportunity are the three key components for startups. Following the national trend of broadly developing high-end equipment and promoting transformation and upgrade for traditional enterprises, Liwei Zhao who is the case protagonist founded a company, Qingdao Mosen, which specializes in automatic piston manufacture solution. Through describing the entrepreneurial experience lasting only two years, the case concentrates on how to identify, evaluate and seize opportunities for startups like Qingdao Mosen, further this case analysis what entrepreneurship supports the entrepreneurial process. This case also attends to offer suggestions to entrepreneurs for their achieving goals effectively and successfully.
