中文摘要：2015年，随着中央的“大众创业万众创新”号召提出，创业再度成为国内各界所共同关注的重要课题。创业实质是识别与利用创业机会，实现创业目标的过程。李静石有10余年的创业经历，本案例以李静石的三次创业为主线，探讨三次过程中如何识别机会与利用机会，重点讨论李静石经历了前两次创业失败后，如何开始第三次创业？第三次创业的机会观与决策逻辑出现什么变化，能否推动其第三次成功地创业？
英文摘要：In 2015, as the central government encouraged people to start their own businesses and to make innovations, entrepreneurship has once again become the important topic of mutual concerned all walks of life in domestic. The essence of the entrepreneurial is identification and utilization of entrepreneurial opportunities, achieving business process. In this case, the main line is Li Jingshi’s three businesses, who has the experience of entrepreneurship of ten years. We will discuss how to identify opportunities and using opportunities in the process of these three times. The emphasis is to discuss how to start his third business when he failured twice. What has changed in the view of entrepreneurial opportunity and decision-making logic in the third time? Whether these changes can promote his third success?
