中文摘要:N公司在医疗行业已有20年的发展历程,在国内医用内植入物医疗器械领域占据龙头老大位置。本案例以N公司天津工厂厂长岗位职业经理人的引入为例,从空降兵的引进、融入、工作中与原组织人员形成的冲突为主线,重点描述了在外企工作多年、经验丰富的空降兵融入民营企业、开展工作过程中遇到的各种冲突和问题,同时,也揭示了董事长在任用空降兵过程中面临的困惑。


英文摘要:N company has been in the medical industry for 20 years, and it now plays a leading role in the domestic market of implantable medical devices. The case mentioned in this article is based on a professional manager working as the leader of N company’s factory in Tianjin, the paratrooper’s on-boarding experiences is discussed and the conflict between him andold employees acts as the main story line. The focal point is around the experienced paratrooper’s (who previously worked in foreign enterprises) integration into a private enterprises and his conflict with senior management and employees at working place. The chairman’s confusion in appointing the paratrooper is also recorded. The introduction of an external paratrooper has been regarded as a solution when the company is unable to support its rapid development with its own talents, but this case is aimed at offering a reflection and references for problems in the appointment of paratrooper by private enterprises.
