中文摘要:1999年,阿里巴巴集团在中国的杭州市成立。现在已成长为了网上及移动商务的全球领导者。阿里巴巴集团及其关联公司目前经营领先业界的批发平台和零售平台,以及其他多项基于互联网的业务,包括广告和营销服务、电子支付、云端计算和网络服务、移动解决方案、蚂蚁金服等。阿里的成功是以全新的信用体系作支撑的。本案例通过描述小微企业在阿里平台创业的经历,来探索基于大数据的阿里新型信用体系的构建历程,并挖掘该信用体系的建设性影响。


英文摘要:In 1999, the Alibaba group was established in Hangzhou, China. Through the development of more than ten years, the Alibaba group has developed rapidly and has been the global leader in mobile commerce and the internet. The Alibaba group and its affiliates are now leading the industry platform for the wholesale and retailing, and many other internet based business, including services of advertising and marketing, electronic payment, cloud computing and network services, mobile solutions and so on. The success of Alibaba is based on the new credit system.By describing the entrepreneurial experience of small micro enterprises in the Alibaba platform, this case explores the construction process of Alibaba’s new credit system based on large data and the effects of the new credit system construction.
