中文摘要:近年来,互联网相关行业成为我国创业企业最活跃的领域。然而,初创企业普遍面临着缺乏足够资金支持(“穷”)、规模较小(“微”)、发展风险较大(“险”)的境遇,对高素质人才缺乏吸引力,由此产生的人才瓶颈制约着企业的发展。本案例展现了互联网教育行业中的U公司,在初创期“穷微险”阶段,接连成功邀请到知名外企工作背景的专业人士加盟,共同构建了“高大上”管理团队,5年内公司藉此使业务迅速发展并升级的过程。案例聚焦该企业创业核心管理团队构建的过程,探讨互联网背景下初创企业选择、吸引高素质人才时需考虑的主要因素和高素质人才加入初创企业的行为选择及其决策逻辑。
英文摘要:Internet industry has become the most active entrepreneurship field in china. However, startups generally face situations such as insufficient funds (“poor”), smaller size ("micro") and high development risks ("risky"). Therefore, they can hardly attract quality talents with good career background. This case shows how U company, a "poor, micro, and risky” start-up in the Internet education industry, successfully recruited professionals with distinguished education back ground as well as well-known foreign company career background to build-up the “elite” management team then develop rapidly in 5 years. Showing the build-up process of U company’s top management team, this paper analyzes the key factors that start-up enterprise attracts quality talents and the decision and its logics of quality talents who are willing to join the company.
