中文摘要:本案例描述了北京飞机维修工程有限公司从推出DCPC(Direct Control of Personnel Cost,人工成本直接控制)月度绩效考核到实施过程中遇到的各种问题。作为企业经营管理的关键抓手,以及年度考核指标的有力补充,该方案结合了各产品的关键经营性和运营性指标,以及人工成本的管控性指标,通过预算情况和实际情况的对比,初步实现了“多劳多得,少劳少得”的激励效果。随着企业外部市场的变化、产品的更新换代和自身改革的推进,绩效考核又开始面临着新的问题与挑战。


英文摘要:Ameco Beijing Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation (Ameco) is a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa. This case describes all sorts of challenges and difficulties occurred before and after the implementation of DCPC (Direct control of personnel cost) monthly appraisal method at Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation. As one of the critical management tools and the strong support of annual performance appraisal, in the combination of key financial and operational indicators of different production units, as well as labor cost control indicators, the purpose of "more pain more gain" is gradually realized by comparing budgetary and actual figures. Driven by the external market change, product updates and internal innovation, the appraisal method is confronted with new obstacles and challenges.
