英文摘要：High-tech entrepreneurship is praised as the core research of Entrepreneurship in the 21st century. 2013, Tsinghua University Entrepreneurship Research Center released the " Global Entrepreneurship Monitor China Report (2002-2012)" showed that China's entrepreneurial activity last year ranked No.2 in the world but of low quality. Beijing EU Technology Co. Ltd., which was founded in September 2005, encountered with a series of crisis, such as the changing of business opportunities, financial problems, shareholder disputes and entrepreneurial team parted ways. Can EU have a narrow escape? This case focuses on the entrepreneurial process of the enterprise and explores influencing factors and the internal relation of them.
