中文摘要:历经30年发展,世联行在房地产服务行业领域稳居龙头地位,是国内首家A股上市的房地产综合服务企业,被誉为“地产界的黄埔军校”。然而,2018年以来,房地产市场环境下行、上游供应减少、企业核心竞争力下降、营收下滑等,世联行面临巨大发展危机。世联行该如何持续与时俱进,紧跟房地产行业发展趋势?如何持续创造价值?如何扭转竞争劣势,重回顶峰?基于此,本文以世联行为案例对象,讲述了多元化发展企业,通过收敛聚焦战略转型,应对环境与发展危机并重回增长的故事。本案例可以引导学生深度探讨中国民营企业应对环境危机的战略转型经验启示,学习战略管理相关知识,对学生进行价值观引领,培养爱国情怀,将个人追求融入中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
英文摘要:After 30 years of development, WorldUnion has maintained A leading position in the real estate service industry and is the first A-share listed real estate comprehensive service enterprise in China, known as "the Whampoa Military Academy in the real estate industry". However, since 2018, WorldUnion has been faced with a huge development crisis due to the downturn in the real estate market environment, the decrease in upstream supply, the decline in core competitiveness of enterprises and the decline in revenue. How should we keep pace with The Times and keep up with the development trend of the real estate industry? How to continuously create value? How to reverse the competitive disadvantage and return to the top? Based on this, this paper takes WorldUnion as the case object, and tells the story of a diversified enterprise that responds to the environment and development crisis and returns to growth by converging and focusing on strategic transformation. This case can guide students to deeply explore the strategic transformation experience of Chinese private enterprises in response to environmental crisis, learn knowledge related to strategic management, guide students to values, cultivate patriotic feelings, and integrate personal pursuit into the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation
