中文摘要:本文以国内风电行业的龙头企业WG风电公司绩效考核发展和改革为研究对象,该企业与风电行业均兴起于20世纪80年代。WG风电公司总部位于新疆乌鲁木齐,新疆是国内工业、企业管理发展的薄弱区域,对新兴的风电企业管理和绩效考核体系更是没有可以直接遵循的范式。本案例通过对WG风电公司绩效管理改革的深入分析,揭示绩效考核方法与企业发展阶段适应性规律,财务指标与非财务指标权重占比的适配性,具有借鉴作用。

 

英文摘要:In this case, the development and reform of WG wind power company's performance appraisal system is the research object.The enterprise and the wind power industry as the rise in 1980s,WG company headquarters is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang.Because Xinjiang belongs to the weak area of industrial development, there is no management and performance paradigm for the new wind power enterprise.Through in-depth analysis 2 of the performance management reform of WG, this case reveals that the performance evaluation method and the adaptive law of the enterprise development stage, and the financial index and non-financial index weights accounted for the fitness, which have reference function to the other enterprises.
