中文摘要:近期,作为大宗消费品的汽车质量问题频出,使社会百姓对众多车企的产品质量愈加关注。面对百姓日益增长的品质需求,如何在可承受的经济性下优化成本,以质取胜,是每一家车企需迫切解决的问题。本案例以北京长安汽车(简称北京长安)初创时面临的质量问题为背景,重点描述了北京长安为控制质量成本如何构建质量成本管理体系,精细化管理质量作业,如何通过管理供应商和员工优化质量作业成本,如何利用PVT团队持续改进质量作业,最终实现经济、品牌“双效益”的全过程。本案例旨在为成熟制造企业在建立新生产基地时,在构建质量成本管理体系和采取相关质量成本管理措施等方面提供有益的借鉴。


英文摘要:Recently, the frequent quality problems of automobiles have drawn more and more attention from the public. In order to fulfill the ever-increasing quality demands of various customers, the automobile companies need to optimize cost and quality under the condition of an affordable economy. This case takes Beijing CHANGAN Automobile (Beijing CHANGAN) Ltd. as an example to investigate the quality problem in its startup stage. It focuses on the development of its quality cost system, which optimizes the quality cost activities by managing suppliers and employees, and continuously improves the quality cost activities though PVT team. Finally, it achieves the predefined objects of both cost and brand. It provides a good reference for mature manufacturing enterprises to develop quality cost management systems when establishing a new production base.
