中文摘要:互联网金融引发传统金融特别是商业银行的变革,不管是互联网金融还是 传统金融的业务变革都需要全新的 IT 服务模式。HY 公司原是一家为传统银行 提供 IT 服务外包的金融科技公司,面对互联网金融对传统银行业务冲击,HY 从传统银行获得 IT 订单业务大幅度减少。HY 为适应互联网金融与传统金融的 融合发展新趋势,分析传统 IT 服务模式和互联网金融对 IT 服务模式的影响,探 索出产品开发协同模式,以更好服务互联网金融和传统金融的业务需求。本案例 对同类型的中小型软件企业的经营模式提供重要的启示与借鉴。    

英文摘要:Internet finance triggers the transformation of traditional finance, to a great extent transformation of commercial banks, from this a new IT service model is required whether the business reform is from Internet finance or traditional finance. From the beginning, HY Company was originally a fintech company that provides outsourcing IT services to traditional banks, facing the impact of Internet finance on traditional banking business, HY's IT business orders from traditional banks was greatly reduced. In order to adapt to the new development trend between Internet finance and traditional finance, HY Company analyzes the impact of traditional IT service models and Internet finance on IT service models, by exploring a synergy model of product development so as to better serve the business needs of both, Internet finance and traditional finance. This case provides important inspiration and reference for the business model of small and medium-sized software companies of the same type.
