英文摘要：Qian Xiansheng (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to "Qian Xiansheng") is an Internet company. In 2013, it launched the product "Mr. Qian" App, which attracted many investors in the capital market. It is difficult for investors to follow the traditional valuation methods to evaluate Qian Xiansheng, as it’s a typical Internet company. There are many issues worth studying in Internet companies’ valuation.Therefore, this case focuses on guiding students to pay attention to the characteristics of Internet companies and the choice of valuation methods in material selections and designing topics.
