中文摘要:随着我国水泥市场饱和与水泥工业大气污染物排放标准的实施,国内 水泥建设企业一方面在转型升级中积极推进环保改造,另一方面也纷纷进军海外市场寻求多元化发展。本案例以Z公司首次承接中东EPC环保改造项目为例,通过描述企业在项目实施过程中面临的隐患和问题,探究海外EPC项目在成本管控进程中应如何开展项目的成本估算、成本预算和成本控制等成本管理核心工作,尤其是如何辨识项目前期成本估算和成本预算阶段埋下的隐患,以及如何在项目的成本控制中有效解决成本超支的方法与路径。本案例希望能为同类企业在实施项目成本管理方面提供借鉴。
英文摘要:With the domestic market saturation and the implementation of air pollutants emission standards in cementindustry, domestic cement construction enterprises on one hand, actively promote the environmental protection transformation, on the other hand, they're entering overseas markets to seek diversified development. This case for the first time in Z company undertake EPC environmental renovation project in the Middle East by describing hidden troubles and problems in the process of project implementation, exploring the overseas EPC project in the process of cost control on how to carry out project cost estimation, cost budget and cost control core work, especially how to identify the early stage of the project cost estimation and cost budget buried hidden trouble, and how to effectively solve the conflict in the project cost control. This case can be a reference for similar enterprises in implementing project cost management.
