中文摘要：在中美贸易摩擦的背景下，美国商务部长期使用“实体清单”试图对我国部分重点科技企业发起经济制裁，一方面对我国科技企业的发展带来了负面影响，另一方面也使企业越发清晰地认识到国产化道路的必要性。本案例以安防行业的核心企业LK公司在遭受“实体清单”制裁后的国产化道路开拓为背景与线索，展现了LK公司通过重塑商业生态系统实现国产化转型中的关键决策，重点描述了其明确国产化需求后，通过替代、构建、稳固三个阶段重塑商业生态系统，以及在各个阶段中面临的商业生态系统挑战及应对策略，最终成功实现了国产化道路。最后，本案例在总结LK公司国产化之路的基础上，带动读者对我国科技企业进行商业生态系统重塑和国产化战略实施路径的思考，同时也为相关企业提供有益借鉴。
英文摘要：n the context of Sino-US trade frictions, the US Department of Commerce has used the "entity list" for a long time to try to impose economic sanctions on some key technology companies in my country. Clearly recognize the necessity of localization. This case is based on the background and clues of LK, a core company in the security industry, after being sanctioned by the "entity list". It shows the key decisions of LK in the transformation of localization by reshaping the business ecosystem. After clarifying the localization needs, it reshaped the business ecosystem through three stages of substitution, construction and stabilization, as well as the challenges and coping strategies of the business ecosystem faced in each stage, and finally successfully realized the localization road. Finally, on the basis of summarizing LK's localization road, this case drives readers to think about the remodeling of the business ecosystem and the implementation path of localization strategies for Chinese technology companies, and also provides useful reference for related companies.
