2011年10月14号下午4:00，对外经济贸易大学国际商学院祝继高博士携其最新研究课题：股权结构、信贷行为与银行绩效，给北航经济管理学院的学生做了一场精彩的报告。
本次活动由北航科研办主办，经管院研会协办。经管院的老师和学生们用近乎座无虚席的实际行动来表达了自己对这场报告的兴趣，以及对学术活动的热情。
报告中,祝博士分析了一系列我国特有的制度背景和研究背景，并介绍了他的研究对象——城市商业银行，他通过分析我国城市商业银行的公司治理结构对其信贷行为和银行业绩的综合影响，总结出股权结构是影响我国城市商业银行信贷行为和经营业绩的重要因素，并且股权结构会通过影响城市商业银行的贷款集中度和贷款流向影响银行经营业绩，从而揭示了股权结构影响经营业绩的作用途径和机制。
报告中，我院老师和学生针对研究内容提出了许多问题和建设性意见，现场气氛活跃。会后互动环节，与会听众亦提出自己的疑问并得到祝博士的解答，祝博士也详细记录了老师和同学们提出的宝贵意见。
An Excellent Report about Equity Structure, Behavior of Credit and Performance of Bank by Dr.zhu
Dr.Zhu Jigao , who is coming from the international business school of Foreign Economic and Trade University, brought his latest research project: equity structure, behavior of credit and performance of bank to our school. He gave an excellent report about this essay at 4:00 PM, October 14, 2011 .
This activity was Sponsored by Science and Research Office of BUAA and assisted by Graduate Student Association of Economic and Management School. Many students and teachers took participate in this report to show their enthusiasm and interest in this subject.
Dr.zhu chose the data from 2004 to 2009 of city commercial banks as his study area after a series of introduce of the specific system and study backgrounds of our county. Dr.Zhu analyzed the combined effects of corporate management power structure to behavior of credit and performance of bank. Through the study, he found that ownership structure has an important impact on China's city commercial bank’s performance. The power of the largest shareholder is stronger, the bad loans rate is higher, the performance of the bank is worse, especially when the first shareholder is local government. However, more independent directors have a significant inhibitory effect on the bank shareholders' behavior of hollowed out. The study also found that equity structure has a great effect on bank’s performance by loans’ concentration and flows and then reveals the pathway and mechanism how ownership structure affects on operating performance.
Our teachers and students raised many questions and constructive comments for the report, and the atmosphere is lively. At the interactive section, participants also put forward their own questions and puzzles and Dr Zhu give them detailed answers.
